Signal speed over 20 Gbps at 1% cross talk is available due to the optimization of the signal wave guide design. Differential pairs are a standard feature. Single ended connections, or any customized routing feature can be achieved with no cost increase. The minimum available PCB mating height is 8.0 mm, and the signal pitch is 0.5mm minimum at two rows. An additional center piece can make PCB mating variable according to the requirements of the application. The flexibility of the center piece can absorb dimension mismatch of each PCB mated, thus enhancing mechanical reliability.
